If you need somewhere to work short-term or on an ongoing basis, look no further than Eighth Avenue Social! I worked here for a short time recently and the rooms, desks, meeting room and conference facilities are excellent.It's in a great location in Maylands close to the train station and nearby to all local amenities and shops. Oliver is a knowledgeable and friendly host who can help you out with any co-working requirements that you might need and the coffees are amazing!Definitely recommend checking out Eighth Avenue Social as an alternative to working from home or as a great collab space!

A fantastic and unique workspace!I operated my business out of Eighth Avenue Social while we were a young start-up. Brand new amenities and well thought out work spaces made this a great place to come to work.A vibrant location in the middle of many new bars and cafes in Maylands also made for a great environment for my team to come to every day.

Eighth Avenue Social - 5 stars! This is a fantastic co-working space suitable for anyone needing some office space, peace and quiet. This is the perfect venue for sole traders and small businesses. The space feels great, there is heaps of light and the overall look / feel is top notch. There are a great variety of spaces for hot-desking, mini-rooms for calls, 1:1 rooms, office spaces, board rooms and training rooms available. Eight Avenue Social offers a comfortable space to concentrate and work. Excellent facilities; speedy WIFI, screens and TVs throughout. Great coffee too! Kudos to the team led by Oliver! Thank you!

It has been such a great experience working here!I used to only work from home and having my own space to focus and meet new people has really helped with my confidence as a business owner. Spent over a month working from a hot desk and can highly recommend 8th Ave Social. They have phone booths for those hot-desking that need to make calls. Printer and scanning facilities. The wifi speed was excellent. Meeting rooms and conference equipment are also available. Furthermore they also have a kitchen and for those biking or running to the office a shower and lockers. A great place for those looking for a serviced office alternative to working from home at very reasonable prices.
